Our team is available 24 hours a day, on extension 9, for help or information about other services such as tours, restaurants, car rental, among others.

Check-out

Our check-out time is until 12 am. If you need a late check-out, please check availability with reception

Luggage

We have a place for you to safely leave your bags if you arrive before check-in time or your transfer is after check-out time.

Breakfast

Served daily from 7am to 10am. We offer a reduced breakfast for guests who need to leave before the official time to take a tour. Inform at reception!

Wifi

We offer free high speed internet. To access, connect your cell phone or computer to the Pousada Recanto da Lua (or Pousada_Recanto_da_Lua) network with the password wlrecanto.

Power plugs

All hotel power plugs are 220V.

Our apartments

CLEANING

Our cleaning team will organize your apartment daily from 8 am to 4 pm.

If you do not want the service, we ask that you leave the notice on the external handle. If you change your mind, just call our reception and request the service within this interval

AMENITIES

Your room is stocked with shampoo, soap and shower cap. In case you need a replacement before the cleaning team arrives, just ask the reception.

The hotel also has items for your complete comfort such as a toothbrush, shaver, pad and condom, which are available at reception for an extra fee.

MINIBAR

For your convenience, we offer some snacks and drinks in the apartment for an extra fee.
